Descripción de la oferta: We are currently recruiting for a maternity cover at King's Infant School (Chamartín) to start in February 2022.


In School
- Giving school tours in English or Spanish.
- Converting enquiries into admissions, through meetings and phone
calls which share documentation about the school methodology
and unique selling points.
- Maintaining communication with the families which follows a set
admissions process.
- Meeting with the head to update regularly on enquiries, visits,
application and offers accepted.
- To manage the transfer of pupils from Y2 to our sister schools.
- To provide a short written report to the school board and Head
- To confidently assist with in class support from time to time when
required due to staff absence.
- To assist with the smooth running of the school by liaising and
sharing day to day tasks with the school secretary.

- To liaise with the marketing department on events such as open
days and ferias
- To take photography of school life and upload to our shared drive
for social media channels.

- To liaise with finance team to ensure billing information is accurate
and up to date.
- To create billing contracts using JDEdwards system.
- To follow up with families who have missed payment deadlines.
