ROLE SUMMARY:
King\'s College School La Moraleja is seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing Pre-Pre Nursery Teacher to join our Early Years team on a full-time, permanent basis from late August 2026.
The Pre-Pre Nursery Teacher will be responsible for delivering a high-quality Early Years education that supports children\'s academic, social, emotional and physical development. The successful candidate will create a safe, inclusive and inspiring classroom environment where every child can thrive and develop a lifelong love of learning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with the Early Years curriculum.
Foster a warm, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that supports children\'s wellbeing and development.
Monitor, assess and record children\'s progress, maintaining effective communication with parents and colleagues.
Work collaboratively with the Early Years team to ensure high standards of teaching, learning and pastoral care.
Promote children\'s independence, curiosity, creativity and positive behaviour.

Requisitos
- Requisitos: - A recognised teaching qualification and experience working with children in the Early Years age range.
- A strong understanding of child development and best practice in Early Years education, ideally as part of the UK Education sytstem.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- A caring, energetic and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
- A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and the highest standards of professional practice.
