- Holds a Bachelor\'s degree in Mathematics, Science or a related field.
- Has at least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school.
- Is fluent in English and Spanish (C1 or above).
- Believes in personalised learning, innovative teaching methodologies and continuous school improvement.
- Is passionate about student wellbeing, educational excellence and supporting teachers to achieve their best.

Requirements
- Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Education, Mathematics, Science or a related field.
Experience teaching Mathematics and Science at lower secondary level (Grades 7–8 / 1º–2º ESO).
Fluent English and Spanish (C1 level or above).
Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, and change management skills.
Experience implementing Mastery Learning, Qualia Based Learning, personalised learning, and other innovative teaching methodologies.
Commitment to educational excellence, continuous school improvement, and student wellbeing.
Experience supporting, mentoring, and developing teaching staff.
