About us

We are a online job and employment website specialized in education. We do not participate in the selection process, we only act as intermediaries between companies and candidates. Please do not send us your CV, to apply for job offers you must register as a candidate.

About candidates

The service is free of charge.

To apply for a job offer, you must register and complete your personal, training, and experience data. Otherwise, the system will not allow you to apply for the job offers, as companies would discard your application based only on your registration data.

Take some time to fill in the fields with the most important information, not all of it, so that companies can see your training and experience schematically and decide whether or not to continue reading your attached CV.

Before attaching your CV, you also have a blank space in order to introduce if you want a cover letter or summary. Use it to create interest and make them continue reading your attached CV.

If everything is ready, you can now apply for job offers. You have to log in to your account with your email and password or, if you are already inside, you can go to the homepage by clicking on the Colejobs icon (upper left corner). Choose the job offer that interests you and click on the apply button at the end.

Do not apply for job offers that are not suitable for your profile. It's just a recommendation that appears when applying, we cannot avoid it, but you will help others who meet the requirements have a chance to be considered, as some recruiters stop reading when they see that candidates do not meet the requirements. Applying just in case or for future reference does not work.

About companies

Only job offers related to the educational field and the job positions generated by companies in this sector, from teachers and managers to administrative and support staff, can be posted.

Companies can display their contact information in the job offers and be contacted directly by candidates or choose to hide them and be contacted only through our website.

Frequently Asked Questions

+ The name of the school doesn't appear, can I know it?

No, we cannot disclose more information than what is stated in the job offer due to data protection laws (LOPD). In most cases, the name is not included to avoid receiving CVs through other channels.

+ Why aren't they reading my CV?

In some profiles, there are so many registered candidates that recruiters can't read all the CVs. They read a few and make an initial selection, if they don't find a suitable candidate, they will continue reading until they find one. If they haven't opened your CV within a month, it's likely they won't do it for that position, but as long as you don't delete it from the "manage applications" tab, they can still access it if they need it in the future.

Don't give up hope! If you have checked your CV in the "view CV" section of your account and everything is as you think it should be to make it attractive, all you need is a bit of luck. Keep trying!

+ How does my CV reach the company? Can I make changes if I have already applied for a job offer?

When you apply for a job offer, you allow the company to access your CV as you see it in the "view CV" section.

If you make changes before the company reads your CV, they will see the updated version when they access it. If you make changes after, the company will only see them if they access your CV again in the future.

+ Attached my CV or made changes but they are not saved. What's happening?

Most likely, the changes are being saved but your browser is not refreshing the page and showing you the page before the changes. You need to clear your browsing history and log in again to see the changes.

+ I registered but I didn't receive the confirmation email

It has probably gone to your spam folder, please check and if it's not there, contact us.

+ When I try to access my account, I get an error

It could be that you haven't validated your account, that you're copying and pasting including some blank spaces, or that your browser is not refreshing the page and you need to clear your browsing history.

+ I don't remember my password. Can I change it or receive it?

In the user login section, you have a link for us to resend it to you. Once inside your menu, you have a section to change your email and/or password.

+ What does each stage of the process mean?

The process stages are indicative and are marked by the company when they read the CVs to classify them. Upon doing so, the information is received by the candidate, but it does not imply anything else.

Leído: your CV has been opened and read, that's all.

Discarded: you do not meet the requirements or there is someone else who fits the profile better.

Finalist: you fit the profile, so they "should" contact you for an interview.

Abuse: you do not meet the requirements of the profile at all (for example, you cannot teach the subject because you do not have the necessary degree or qualifications). We will verify if this is the case, and if your behavior is recurrent, we may have to block your account for the proper functioning of the website and out of respect for your peers.

+ Not being discarded, will they call me?

If they have only read your CV and have not marked you as a finalist, it is unlikely that they will call you, although it is also normal for them to call you if you are a finalist, but... it is not always the case and we cannot force anyone to do so.

+ Did we forget something? Can we improve our service? Do you have any suggestions for changes?
